At Supplement Armour LK, we are committed to fueling your fitness journey with speed and reliability. Below you will find everything you need to know about how we get your “Armour” to your doorstep and our policy on returns.

🚚 Delivery Information

We strive to provide the fastest shipping across the island so you never miss a workout.

  • Island-wide Delivery: We deliver to all 25 districts in Sri Lanka.
  • Delivery Timelines:
    • Kandy & Suburbs: within 1 Business Day.
    • Outstation: 1–2 business days.
  • Shipping Charges: * Flat rate of LKR 500.00 for most orders.
    • FREE Delivery on all orders over LKR 35,000.00.
  • Tracking: Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a SMS/Email notification with a tracking number to follow your package.

🔄 Returns & Exchange Policy

Due to the nature of dietary supplements, we maintain strict quality control and hygiene standards. Please read our policy carefully:

1. Eligibility for Returns

Returns or exchanges are only accepted within 7 days of delivery if:

  • The product was damaged during transit.
  • The product received is incorrect (different from what you ordered).
  • The product is expired or has a tampered seal upon arrival.

Note: We cannot accept returns for products that have been opened, used, or where the inner safety seal has been broken, unless the product is proven to be defective.

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Approved Refunds: Will be processed via bank transfer or original payment method within 2-4 business days.
  • Exchanges: We will dispatch a replacement item at no extra shipping cost to you.

⚠️ Order Cancellations

You may cancel your order at any time before it is dispatched. Once the order has left our warehouse, we are unable to cancel it.
